Butterfly Card

Here's a card from one of the Leadership boards. This is one of the best parts of Stampin' Up! events - the display boards. The talent from so many Stampin' Up! demonstrators and employees all in one place! It's hard to pull yourself away from these boards.

This card features several fun, new Stampin' Up! products. First of all, this butterfly is a brand new Stampin' Up! exclusive die. I'm pretty sure that Stampin' Up! was holding out on us a little bit last year with the release of the Fall-Winter 2008 IB&C because this butterfly looks suspiciously like the one on the catalog cover! That's okay, I'm just glad that we can now have it!! The butterfly is cut from our new Taste of Textiles paper - specialty papers in a variety of textures. Do you just love the way this artist used the tear-drop beads from the Pretties Kit? Finally, the very subtle flower stamped on the card is from the Central Park stamp set. This stamp set is part of the very elegant Manhattan Style Watch featured on pages 8 & 9 of the Spring-Summer 2009 IB&C. I'm in trouble because I just love it all! I think the feature I enjoy the most about this card is that it's a simple card, with just a few steps, but so elegant. Try stamping a card like this and enjoy the WOW from your loved one.

Until tomorrow... happy stamping!!
